    Its filled great information

    What a great way to save time, energy and money!

    The meals are prepared, labeled and placed in the freezer (with the exception of the chili that we ate tonight). Each low-carb item is delicious. I know because I sampled them before I stored them. It was well worth the few hours I spend dicing, measuring and stirring. And I saved so much money!
    Actually, the meals were designed for a family and here at the Harris' there are only two adults and one small dog who begs a lot, so those meals will take us a lot farther than just one week!
